Refund policy

FINAL SALE: Sale items are final sale. No refunds or exchanges will be issued for items purchased on sale.

MYSTERY BOX: Mystery boxes are sold as is and are Final Sale. Orders cannot be returned or exchange.

FACEMASKS: All facemask sales are final due to COVID-19 as precautionary measures to ensure the safety of our employees and all others that may come in contact.

Under Garments: All undergarments (boxers, briefs, vests, undershirts, leggings and socks are final sale. No refunds or exchanges will be issued.

Our policy is valid for 14 days after tracking is marked delivered. If 14 days have gone by since you received your order, we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags, tissue and packaging intact.

In order to return any item, you must contact our Customer Service Department for an RMA number. You will be asked to supply the following information:

• Order number
• Full name
• Phone number
• Email address
• Mailing address
• Reason for the return

Return Shipping:
To return your product, you need obtain an RMA number by emailing customer service with the information requested in the previous section of this document. Once you receive your RMA you should mail your product to: ECOM Returns

You will be responsible for paying for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping for your order the actual amount paid to ship out your order will be deducted from your refund. We do not charge a restocking fee and our shipping costs are heavily discounted so we need to recover shipping costs.  

Once your return is received and inspected at our Distribution Center (typically within three business days after receipt), your refund will be processed within ten business days. Please note that once we initiate the credit for your return, the credit card company that issued the credit determines the date the refund will post to your account.

If you are returning an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

For exchanges, please follow the above return policy, and then place a new replacement order online.
